For Arrival - wow...the custom declaration is complicated. Even have to write 2 times, cuz they need 2 copies. One to keep at the custom, and the other copy, take it with me so that when i need to exchange money from dollar to SUM, we need this custom declaration (esp about money part) to get it changed. And the passport control is really slow...because of my bulk stuffs (and maybe choosing the wrong queue), i was the last one to check out of the passport control. The custom is even slower..not helpful at all, and their English is just beginner...phew (there are some advance english speakers there, i was told, just that i could not meet one)
For departure - uuh uuh it is even harder. Unbelievable...The taxi parked outside the airport,,y???? how r v supposed to carry the luggageSSS???? well...we were told that "sorry, the taxi could not go inside! Cannot cross the bridge, there are bars blocking, the car cannot climb in" I said "y?? y need to cross the bridge?" haha..cuz the ground floor is for arrival and the second floor is the departure where v can reach there thru that bridge??? it is a bit steep, not too steep though.. klak klak wooooohhh...a kid approached us with one trolley! We have to hire him to carry our stuffs up to the second floor across that bridge. Funny...he is still young, maybe around 10 years old (child labor??) i think it is becoming their business. The boy could carry my 24.95 luggage with ease..while i hardly..hmm..v put the 2 luggages with a few other bags on his trolley and head to the departure hall... we have him a few bucks...(the other participants told me they was ask around 15 dollars cuz they have 3 luggages + 3 carpets bought for souvenir...haha..after a very hard bargaining,,,he pays around 9 bucks). There are a few machines on the way after v crossed the bridge..haha...they are packaging machine...we need to pay. Luckily i don't have any luggage for packaging. We have to pass the X-ray for our luggages..then check-in..Very difficult, the counter doesn't really know english. Beginner again..luckily i have my LO who helped me with the translation..he is not quite good though..Then i got my boarding pass without me noticing that on the boarding pass i need the E-ticket number printed on that pass...how do i supposed to know? the counter is supposed to do his job right to issue me the pass, right? I fill in the custom declaration (this time i need only 1 copy, but since i dunno and just in case of any problem, i wrote 2,,one unused)..X-ray again before i passed the custom to the passport contro...hmm...a bit slow and then..oops...No gate was printed on my pass..haha...luckily a guy is kind enough to tell me (he knows some english)...And now the PROBLEM comes..Before i could enter the gate...I need to have my boarding pass stamped again. What??? Y do all these things so many times..Even have to X-rays ya handcarries again. But i cannot get in. The man asked me "where is my ticket?" I said "no" mine is E-ticket. I only have the booking referenec number and the ticket number noted down from my e-ticket sent to my mail. I was not able to print it out at the hotel cuz it costs money. And i was told by the organizer that i don't need one. Phew..but the man still said "no,,,ticket, ticket..." he won't stamp it for me..terrible...ANd his English is a damn very very beginner...He just know a few words..Then a guy approach me (he is working for Korean Air, but he is Uzbek. He can talk both English and Korean) After explaining him, he understood, but still he could not do anything cuz the man won't NEVER EVER stamp for me!!! The guy called the Korean Air manger to come to me. I expained again!!! The manager said, "No problem, i can go in" But The man said "No ...No e-ticket number,,he won't stamp for me, and if the manager said it is ok, he should write the E-ticket number down on my pass..." The manger sighed and couldn't bear. He called his colleague somewhere to print a new pass for me...totally i waited around 30mns and before the new pass came, another guy shouted from the X-ray place that i could enter..then my pass was stamped, FINALLY! Then, after the x-ray, maybe cuz of the button of my Jean, Beepppp...nobody comes to check my body. Then after i take all my belonging, the lady stopped me and checked my body..crazy..y not do it a bit earlier..after c found nothing, c just walked out without a word...very rude. At last i could enter the plane!!! They give me a hard time! Never ever see such difficult airport arrangement!!!!
