To whom it may concern,
This morning after breakfast, i brought my mug and spoon to clean. Unfortunately, while i was cleaning my spoon, my mug dropped from the shelf, then, its upper part broke. It is actually still useable but due to the superstition, i should no further use it.
Well, in short and in kind, i would like a new nice mug from the sponsor, namely V70 ( right?).
