What would you understand from this word, ReSpOnSiBiLiTy?
In Khmer, it means To Toul Kos Trov (Accept the wrong and right). In this sense, i believe that most of the time people only be happy to accept that they are right, but not when they are wrong.
The point i want to make here is that, since a person does not have the authority to do one thing, should they be responsible for the result of that thing? Well, there might be sth that person can do, but there is some other constraints that make her think, oops,,cannot do it, take a step back.
Then??? Just got the blow u will receive. Hmmmmmmm......wat's that point i wanna make???? I don't know now.
Just smile and accept it. But y me???? Y can't i make up an excuse like what they did??? Y can't i be more tactful??????? The only answer is that m not as smart as i look. STUPID is what i mean.

I think u're smarter than u look. Kidding only. Well, we should learn from our mistake, admit it to learn and make it better next time. Its too proud to think u're always right. We're not perfect so people should accept what they've done whether its right or wrong. Its a lesson learnt. :)
it's not strange to be blamed like that... i am now get used to with it !
though it's not our work or our responsibility, as the result, v got blames, as v r inferior ! no reason to reject that blame.
