I'm a guy and I don't drink or watch soccer. I like to play soccer, go hiking, camping and play music. But to answer your question, it is basically gender socialization. For example, often times work is delineated by gender; women are to take care of home, children and do light work on farm and such while men do work heavy labor and earn more. Drinking/Soccer is something that boys learn from each other as they progress through their teenage years. It is unfortunate because these activities can lead into addiction, if you consider sport gambling.I think Cambodia is short of male role models. Don't you think?
To One love: Oh ghosh,,,reading ya comment makes me feel like m going back to the year of 1800s or sth. Anyway,,,phisically, mayb ladies are not as strong as men, but these days most of the things that guys do, girls also can. hmmm,,,in a more thoughtful way, i do agree about socialization and nature of preference.
