Does Cambodia Need Skyscrapers?

Oops,,,It looks beautiful though. But too expensive to afford. I dont know whether it is a good spot for this building. As far as my knowledge goes, i don't believe that v have a good master plan in city development.

Anyway,,hopefully this is really a good sign for Cambodia!!!
