Why do you think its not the right time?
well, i don't say that it is not the right time. M just seeking opinion. It might be too rush, or it is the right time, but things have to be done neatly and carefully.
Number of players, for instance, need to be many or few at the beginning but qualified.
The law? Very important, adopting the law so fast is not so good...many more to consider, who in charge, how,,,,. Actually m not fully keeping track on its process. I heard there are training, n many efforts has been done....
hmmm,,,well,,,managing capital flows is a tough job...
Well, M not sure either. Anyway, S Korea's KRX, Asia's 4th largest stock exchange operator, has been helping the Cambodian government train and set up a regulatory body.
